A mixed bag, really. The waterpark was amazing for the kids, but our room had some issues that detracted from our experience. We'll probably try somewhere else next time.

Our initial room had problems (leaking shampoo, broken screen door), but they moved us to a better one. Still, the fridge was janky, beds small and hard, and the air conditioning didn't work well.

This place is great for families with kids! The water park was a huge hit, and the resort is in a good location. A few minor issues with the room and check-in, but overall a positive experience.
